The Contract Specialist at CABHI will report to the Senior Manager of Operations and engage in the day-to-day management of contracting activities. You will negotiate agreements, collaborate with various stakeholders, and serve as a key liaison between CABHI and its partners. This position plays an integral role in ensuring the success of programs designed to enhance the lives of older adults.
Key Responsibilities: • Draft and negotiate various legal agreements for CABHI • Liaise with program managers on contract conditions • Collaborate with internal legal counsel for agreement refinement • Facilitate execution of contracts with external entities • Oversee the processing of program reports and changes for signoff
