Responsibilities

1. Donor Journey & Experience Execution (40%)

• Operationalize approved donor journeys and engagement strategies into detailed project plans and timelines.
• Serve as the project lead for supporter experience initiatives, managing dependencies, approvals, and deliverables.
• Execute multi-channel donor journeys across email, mail, and digital platforms with consistency and precision.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure all assets and inputs are delivered on time.
• Manage internal review and approval workflows to ensure alignment before launch.
• Support the Director by tracking milestones, budgets (where applicable), and delivery status.
