The Project Coordinator supports the delivery of enterprise business transformation initiatives within the Business Transformation team’s Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project plans, milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies for transformation initiatives.
• Maintain project documentation per ePMO standards (plans, action logs, RAID logs, decision records, lessons learned).
• Coordinate cross‑functional project activities across development and execution teams.
• Ensure consistency in the application of transformation delivery methodologies and tools.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership, sponsors, and governance forums.
• Maintain accurate project and portfolio data in ePMO tools and systems.
