Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience working as a Business Systems Analyst in financial services environments. Hands‑on experience supporting loan management systems and collections platforms across the full loan lifecycle. Strong understanding of loan servicing, collections workflows, and downstream financial impacts. Experience leading or supporting system migrations from legacy or manual processes to contemporary, industry‑standard platforms. Ability to support multiple delivery pods simultaneously and onboard new teams into complex platforms. Strong documentation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
