Job Description

Reporting to the Business Performance Specialist, the Business Performance Analyst plays a key role in improving operational efficiency and cost performance across Quebec Recycling. Through data analysis and performance monitoring, this role delivers accurate, actionable insights that support operational decision‑making and identify optimization opportunities. You will work closely with operations teams and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable analysis and drive performance improvements across the network.

• Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics related to cost, productivity, efficiency and service levels.
• Conduct variance analysis on operational and logistics costs and forecast, identifying key drivers and improvement opportunities.
