JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a Business Lead – Tax Compliance to support a portfolio of high‑impact regulatory and remediation initiatives within a Tier 1 FI. This role is intentionally niche and sits at the intersection of Canadian tax compliance, regulatory delivery, and business leadership. The successful candidate will act as the business SME and integrator, owning the interpretation of tax and regulatory obligations (with a strong emphasis on tax slips) and translating them into clear business requirements, action plans, and execution strategies across multiple projects. This role is not a pure PM or BA; it is a Business Lead accountable for clarity, direction, and regulatory outcomes.
