Build and optimize operational processes, especially for fraud investigation Monitor business metrics and create reports/dashboards Drive automation and process improvements Support global teams with partner escalations Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams Create clear documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, dashboards) Experience in automation and process optimization Strong project management skills Excellent communication Analytical and detail-oriented Google Workspace proficiency
