The role translates these insights into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs that guide product development, ensuring alignment with business outcomes through continuous validation and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

Engage closely with business users and stakeholders to understand their workflows, pain points, and objectives; translate these insights into clear product requirements and workflow documentation to drive continuous product improvement.

Elicit, analyze, document, and maintain business requirements, current and future-state workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, UX artifacts, product backlog, and related traceability documentation to support end-to-end product delivery.
