📋 Overall Description: We are looking for an experienced and strategic credit risk leader to build and lead our consumer financing function, with a primary focus on smartphone financing and direct-to-consumer (CDC) retail lending. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of structuring credit areas from the ground up, strong analytical skills and the ability to bridge technical modeling with business strategy. In this role, you will work closely with fintech partners to design and scale credit solutions and, as we expand across Latin America, you will own the end-to-end credit risk strategy for our personal retail portfolios in Brazil and play a key role in adapting our credit frameworks to new LATAM markets — including local regulatory environments, bureau ecosystems a...
