**A Snapshot of Your Day**
As the Market & Customer Lead for Siemens Energy in Latam North, you will guide an international team of Account Managers using a consultive selling approach.
Using those resources shape and support execution of the Latam North country strategy, collaborating closely with local and global business areas (BA/IMBs), as well as key functions including Market & Strategy, Communications, and Government Affairs.
You will directly oversee Account Managers who engage with senior executives at major clients.
You and your team will be available to manage any customer escalations and coordinate resolution strategies with business areas.
Oversee development and implementation of strategic growth initiatives in Latam North including complex customer project developments and investments into supply chain, leveraging government grants and partnerships.
