Position Summary
The Business Development Manager (“BDM”) is responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives and establishing new business relationships for the Bank’s Residential lending program.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the Bank’s goals and objectives.
- Build, onboard, and maintain a robust pipeline of referral partners through proactive prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
- With your manager, develop and execute sales plans, including setting targets, defining sales strategies, and monitoring progress.
- Represent the Bank at Industry events and conferences.
- Act as a key business partner to mortgage brokers within the assigned territory.
