Responsibilities
Drive business performance across NIBU (Nissan Importers Business Unit) markets in Latin America, specifically the Caribbean and expansion markets.
Partner with regional stakeholders to achieve key objectives such as retail and wholesale sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and alignment with Nissan's global brand strategy.
Manage sales operations and business development to drive growth and profitability across NIBU markets.
Lead negotiations for setting and aligning sales objectives with business partners.
Plan, update, and monitor vehicle flow and allocation in line with the company's business plan.
Develop and implement commercial strategies in collaboration with National Sales Companies, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
Analyze market conditions (economic, political, and social) to support strategic planning.
