Business Analyst/Quality Control (Bogotá)

About the role

We are looking for our next team player to support the buying team by performing data integrity, data analysis and data entry functions, UPC code maintenance, report generation, pricing, and margin review; special projects as assigned. Assist the Pricing / Margin Manager, Analyst, and Buyers with all aspects of pricing and margins review, with a focus on code date, margin, and pricing goal review.

Responsibilities

• Set up new vendors and remit numbers for the US buying and accounting team in AS400 system
• Set up new items and reactivate items for US buying in AS400 system with emphasis on reviewing and capturing inaccuracies.
• Analyze and resolve inventory cost discrepancies through IB adjustments, Journal Entries and/or Sales Credits/Debits for US and Local Fresh items.
• Process and review requested inventory markdowns for discontinued items to adjust cost and sell price.
