Business Analyst With Personal Banking Products Experience

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Personal Banking Products to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with banking stakeholders, gathering business requirements, and supporting digital and retail banking initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for personal banking products and services.
• Work closely with business users, product owners, and technical teams to support project delivery.
• Analyze current banking processes and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
• Support implementation and enhancement of banking products such as:
  • Checking & Savings Accounts
  • Credit Cards
  • Consumer Lending
  • Mortgage Products
  • Online & Mobile Banking
  • Payments & Transfers
• Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, and user stories...
