Key Responsibilities
- Create and review functional concepts for E‑Banking features and related systems.
- Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
- Collaborate closely with specialists, business stakeholders, and process owners.
- Ensure high‑quality requirements through validation and acceptance testing.
- Support pilot phases and migration projects for new solutions.
- Contribute to release communication, including newsletters, web content, and internal updates.
