This role focuses on supporting customer teams in utilizing an advanced AI platform. As a Business Analyst, you will engage with Product Team stakeholders and facilitate the onboarding process for User Story Agents. Your responsibilities will include preparing documentation and gathering feedback to enhance agent performance, making a tangible impact on users and workflows.
Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with Product Team BAs and POs on workflows • Configure User Story Agents per team requirements • Support onboarding and adoption activities for clients • Prepare documents and user guidance for agents • Gather and track agent evaluation feedback consistently
