What You’ll Do
Join our Professional Services as a Business Analyst (UX), bridging business stakeholders and development teams. You will work directly with customers to elicit and document business requirements, then translate them into UX storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma. Your deliverables will be the single source of truth for engineering teams to implement solutions across our IT Complete suite.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Lead discovery sessions with customers and stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Understand the customer's business context, workflows, pain points, and objectives to align UX solutions to their needs.
