Overview of role

The Business Analyst - People Systems is responsible for supporting the development, sustainment, and evolution of Human Capital Management (HCM) Technology solutions across the organization. This role has a strong focus on quality assurance, risk management, and validated outcomes. The role includes working with key stakeholders and business partners to assess and understand business processes and recommend how those processes can be implemented and/or improved by leveraging technology.
