Job Summary

The Business Analyst provides strategic leadership across multiple Enforcement Division portfolios, with a primary focus on training and professional development. The role leads the development, monitoring and evaluation of a robust, future-focused training program, aligned with organizational priorities.

The Business Analyst is accountable for establishing and advancing standardized frameworks, governance, and performance measures that support operational effectiveness, legislative compliance, risk mitigation, and workforce readiness across all enforcement service areas.
