Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced ' Business Analyst'.
Key Criteria:
Strong BA skills within HCM or Taleo products Ability to lead investigations based on a problem statement without needing a checklist Project coordination and update experience including tracking items, identifying cut over tasks and identifying change impacts Strong Comm skills (eg exp in writing comms for external users), review business created processes Able to map analysis of problems as well as provide end to end solutions Solid relationship building skills Able to read, understand and interpret internal processes without need for detailed or regular in...
