Weir Canada Inc. – Weir Marine Engineering, Ottawa, ON – Hybrid (on‑site at DND’s Carling Campus at least 2 days a week, remainder remote).
About the Role
As a Business Analysis and Requirements Specialist you will support the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) in advancing its Digital Transformation efforts. Your responsibilities include gathering, documenting and analysing requirements from users of a large Department of National Defence (DND) software suite, evaluating solutions in collaboration with Development and In‑Service Support teams, and facilitating workshops and collaborative efforts.
