Bus Dispatch Supervisor

The Squamish Connector is a family owned and operated company that was established in 2014. We focus on serving the community of Squamish and on helping the environment by reducing single occupancy vehicles and carbon emissions within the Sea to Sky corridor.

We are currently recruiting for a Bus Dispatch Supervisor. This is a full-time, permanent position based out of Squamish, BC.

Job duties

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of bus drivers.
• Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes to ensure schedules are met and to resolve operating problems.
• Serve as liaison between drivers, passengers and managers.
• Monitor bus-related operational deadlines, including mechanical maintenance schedules, insurance documentation, and commercial vehicle inspection requirements.
