We require two full-time Building Service Workers equipped with 1-2 years’ experience in custodial or maintenance roles. You'll focus on cleaning vacant units, addressing minor repairs, and ensuring properties remain well-kept. Your role is key in presenting properties at their best.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform cleaning tasks for all vacant units
• Clean carpets, rugs, and floors using suitable methods
• Fix and replace damaged fittings such as light switches
• Patch, paint, and maintain walls as required
• Address plumbing issues and check appliances
Requirements:
