Job Description

Oversee the management of TCHC's building security systems as the Manager of Security Systems. Your expertise in project management and security design will be vital in this hands-on role.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will manage CCTV, Door Access, and Intercom systems efficiently. Your responsibilities include developing budgeting strategies, maintaining systems, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop business and work plans for security programs
• Establish relationships with service providers and stakeholders
• Create streamlined processes for budgets and schedules
• Lead complex contract management and service resolutions
• Manage service partners through established agreements
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Program/Project Management
• Minimum 5 years in supervisory roles
