Job Description
Madison Homes Holdings is seeking a Building Maintenance & Tenant Support Specialist to ensure superior maintenance of commercial properties and tenant services. Proficiency in HVAC and general repair is crucial.
This Building Operator/Repair & Maintenance Representative role involves direct responsibility for the upkeep and functionality of commercial spaces. Reporting to the Supervisor of Building Operations, you will engage with both tenants and service contractors, responding to maintenance requests and ensuring compliance with safety regulations while handling minor repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain HVAC systems and general building repairs
• Perform regular inspections of property equipment
• Respond to plumbing and electrical repair requests
• Oversee maintenance contractors' performance
• Coordinate tenant communications and services
Requirements:
• A valid G driver’s license is essential
