Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance checks on utilities
- Provide emergency repairs for classrooms and labs
- Maintain logs of equipment operations and issues
- Monitor the Building Management System for efficiency
- Assist outside contractors during shifts
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum one year as an operating engineer
