Join Definity as an Insurance Representative in a hybrid co-op role starting Fall 2026. This placement focuses on enhancing your customer service and transaction processing skills in the insurance industry.
In this 8-month co-op, you will report to a Team Leader in Broker Services, tasked with assisting brokers with Guidewire-related issues. Your responsibilities include processing transactions not covered by self-service and evaluating risks based on underwriting guidelines. You will also categorize incoming cases and support timely data entry tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process transactions according to established underwriting guidelines
