Our client, a well-established and highly profitable agency is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and grow their Kelowna office. This role is perfect for a leader ready to make a significant impact, manage a talented team, and contribute to the growth of the office.
The branch has a dedicated team of Personal Line Advisors and Commercial Line Advisors and you will be primarily managing on the Personal Line side.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily operations of the Kelowna branch, including managing a team of 10-12 employees.
- Lead by example to foster a collaborative, productive, and client-focused environment.
