Boutique Operations Lead

Montblanc is seeking an Assistant to the Boutique Director in Mexico, Ciudad de México. Your primary mission will be to assist in the daily operations of the store, ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines. You will manage staffing issues, plan shifts, and work to resolve customer complaints.
