Position Title: Bookbindery Machine Operator
Location: Winnipeg, MB
Full-time, permanent position 
Day shift 
Pay rate: $17–$18/hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Bookbindery Machine Operators to join a production team. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating a variety of bindery and finishing equipment in a fast-paced print production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate guillotine paper cutters, trimmers, and paper punching machines (manual and automated) 
Set up and run binding machines for production jobs 
Ensure accuracy and quality of finished printed materials 
Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance 
Follow all safety procedures and workplace standards 
Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing printed materials
