Body-In-White Brackets Sub-System Technical Lead (Xico)

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the development of a system/component of the project according to quality, time and cost objectives and ensure compliance with technical requirements.
• Support Project Responsibles (SSTM) with vehicle-line specific activity.
• Lead and coordinate technical issue resolution with support of the Subdiscipline Manager (e.g., GIMS, Fast Feedback, SAQ issues, etc.).
• Coordinate component releases for specific model requirements.
• Serve as technical specification lead to support sourcing.
• Maintain EBOM.
• Manage all product cards, support timing of the program, and provide the interface to procurement.
• Lead Component Cost, Weight and Investment (CWI) activities for vehicle model.
• Manage change management (documentation, cost and timing, implementation).
