As a Board Member, you will help shape the future of an organization dedicated to advancing care for seniors and adults living with complex needs and permanent physical disabilities. We are seeking a volunteer Board Member with 3–5 years of experience serving on a not-for-profit governing Board, along with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

• Legal : Knowledge of legal frameworks, regulatory compliance, or risk management, ideally within the non-profit or healthcare sectors
• Digital : Experience with digital transformation, IT systems, or data‑informed strategy and decision‑making
