Reporting to the Automation Manager, the BMS / HVAC Controls Technician works on a variety of equipment and devices to design, program, assemble, install, test, troubleshoot and repair automation controllers/electrical wiring, fixtures, control devices and related equipment in buildings and other structures.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Develop and implement automation programming, design graphics, and handle commissioning for new construction projects while providing servicing for existing clients.
+ Responsible for all Low Voltage Electrical work, including:
+ Maintenance, service, installation and replacement or repair of motor control centers, switches, panelboard components, low voltage branch circuit wiring, tr...
