Key Responsibilities:
• Manage meter readings from the Field Collection System (FCS)
• Address and resolve meter reading and billing issues
• Process corrections for customer accounts with precision
• Audit and update CIS for billing account accuracy
• Implement and validate billing rate adjustments efficiently
Requirements:
• Relevant Certificate in Business Administration
• Two years of related experience strongly preferred
