Your primary duties will involve comparing budgeted costs with actuals, preparing invoices, and reconciling payments using JD Edwards. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update monthly and quarterly job reports
• Assist with purchase order and payment reconciliation
• Process customer invoices and manage follow-ups
• Enter productivity data and forecasts accurately
• Engage in Accounts Receivable and Payable documentation
