During a Typical Day, You’ll- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- 1 year minimum of tech support and troubleshooting experience
- Minimum 6 months of call center experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Comfortable working to resolve the customers issues before escalating to the next level
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer savvy
