As a key member of the Retail Sales department, you will utilize your bilingual skills in English and French to guide clientele effectively. You will provide thorough assistance with risk selection and policy interpretation, ensuring that all information is clear and accurate. Your expertise in personal lines insurance will directly impact our customer satisfaction and streamline operations within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls and meet performance benchmarks
