Join BGO Properties as a Bilingual Project Coordinator in Mississauga or Montreal. This rewarding role requires excellent communication and administrative skills to support project management.
In this role, you'll report directly to the Principal, Project Management & Construction while collaborating with the Director. Your focus will be on documenting project processes, managing budgets, and enhancing team communications. Engage in project close-outs while ensuring compliance with budget schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in day-to-day project operations for asset classes
• Liaise with stakeholders for invoicing and documentation
• Coordinate preparation and analysis of tenders
• Support the Capital Tracker Database and Filing System
• Generate monthly project and cost reports
Requirements:
• Must be fluent in English and French
• 3–5 years of property management experience
• Knowledge of Yardi Construction Manager beneficial
