Bilingual Human Resources Generalist

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role plays a key part in ensuring HR policies, programs, and practices are consistently applied while supporting employees and leaders in both English and French.

The successful candidate will balance hands‑on HR administration with employee relations support, recruitment coordination, and policy implementation, while acting as a trusted and accessible HR resource across the organization.
