Become a Bilingual Reservation & Guest Support Specialist with CanaDream in Calgary. Provide top-notch support to guests in English and French while handling bookings and inquiries efficiently.
Reporting to the Reservation & Guest Support Manager, you will assist guests with RV rentals for CanaDream, El Monte RV, and Road Bear RV. You’ll manage inquiries, reservations, and on-road support, demonstrating your multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication is key as you will engage with customers via phone and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and maintain a professional tone
• Provide accurate quotes and process reservations
• Confirm bookings and handle payments efficiently
• Offer on-road support to CanaDream customers
• Resolve guest complaints and process refunds
