Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of high-complexity LTD claims
• Support COD processes and milestone approvals
• Develop case management strategies with expert resources
• Mentor team members on transitional assessments
• Analyze claim data to identify trends in COD claims
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• 5–10 years managing LTD claims
• Undergraduate degree in relevant fields
• Experience with appeals and escalations
