Job Overview
Provide customer service support across multiple accounts. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and webchat, resolving issues efficiently—ideally on first contact. Work closely with internal teams including Account Management and Line Managers. Process customer orders accurately and on time, meet service targets, and ensure a positive customer experience. Fluency in English and French is required.
