Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Enhance customer satisfaction as a Bilingual Customer Information Service Representative in a retail environment. Address customer inquiries, process payments, and provide exceptional service.
This permanent role requires fluency in both French and English, handling 30 to 60 hours bi-weekly. Key responsibilities include resolving complaints, issuing receipts, operating the cash register, and suggestive selling. Flexibility in working hours and handling various tasks is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves and maintain cleanliness of the counter
• Monitor entrances and exits for security compliance
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• Experience in customer service is an asset
• Must possess own transportation and vehicle
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
