Job Overview
We are currently hiring bilingual Customer Service Representatives for the Forte project. This role will support a U.S.-based general practice doctor’s office, serving as the virtual front desk for the practice. We are seeking professional, sharp, and well-spoken candidates with strong English communication skills and a neutral or limited accent.
Candidates must have their own device and be available to start as soon as approved.
Schedule
Operating Hours (PST):
Monday through Saturday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM PST
Representatives work 9.6-hour shifts
Includes two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch break
Two days off are provided during the week
