You will report to the Director, Partnerships, working closely with account managers. Your role involves managing inquiries, educating clients about our services, and identifying process improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate has a solid experience in healthcare services and strong bilingual communication skills in English and French.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as liaison with clients and market intermediaries
• Resolve client questions and service issues
• Lead onboarding sessions for new clients
