Job Description
Join Bethesda Regional Health Centre in the Physical Plant Services as a 5th Class Power Engineer. This permanent role calls for skilled maintenance and operational support.
Southern Health‑Santé Sud invites applications from candidates with a 5th Class Power Engineering Certificate and at least two years of relevant maintenance experience in electrical, plumbing, or heating systems. Applicants must possess the ability to interpret technical documents and apply preventative maintenance practices effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems
• Engage in troubleshooting mechanical issues
• Analyze blueprints and interpret equipment manuals
• Conduct preventative maintenance and safety checks
• Respond quickly to on-call demands as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years in a maintenance role
• Valid 5th Class Power Engineering Certificate required
• Class 5 driver’s license and insured vehicle required
