Job Description
Become an integral part of Benson Oil as an Accounts Receivable Specialist based in Trail, BC. You will manage customer accounts, process payments, and contribute to financial reporting in a permanent full-time capacity.
In this role, you will report to the Office Manager and be responsible for all aspects of accounts receivable, including processing customer invoices and handling inquiries. Your attention to detail will help maintain accurate financial records necessary for the operations of Benson Oil, a leading fuel provider since 1946.
Key Responsibilities: • Classify and compute daily A/R data • Prepare customer invoices and manage collections • Resolve payment discrepancies with customers • Maintain accurate and organized A/R files • Assist in generating financial and management reports
