Behavioral Health Support Worker
Job Description
Drive client success as a Behavioral Health Support Worker. Deliver supportive services and training for clients experiencing behavioral, mental health, or developmental challenges, based on a structured care plan.
In this impactful role, you'll address the unique needs of clients by providing coaching, empowerment, and skill development across psychosocial rehabilitation domains. You will help clients transition towards greater independence through skill transfer and support while proactively monitoring and addressing potential crises in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
