Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with PACWEST, NWAC, and CCAA standards
• Implement injury prevention and maintain facility safety
• Develop recruiting strategies with educational institutions and local media
• Evaluate strategies for athlete academic and skill progress
• Foster motivation and encourage team spirit among athletes
Requirements:
• NCCP Coaching certification with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
