Become a Junior Driver Trainer with SOUTHLAND

As a Junior Driver Trainer, you will guide new hires through training programs while continually educating current drivers. Candidates must have a Class 1 or 2 driver's license with 'S' endorsement and three years of experience. Excellent communication and confidentiality skills are crucial to ensuring successful training outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead classroom sessions for trainees
• Assess driving skills on a daily basis
• Perform on-the-road evaluations of driving capabilities
• Utilize TrackIt to monitor training advancements
• Support drivers with questions regarding training and development
Requirements:
• Class 1 or 2 license with 'S' endorsement required
• Clean commercial driver's abstract for at least 10 years
